Question: My activation code doesn't work!
Answer: Make sure your HotSync ID or Owner name is capitalized correctly, it is case sensitive. (ie. James (capital J) and james (lower case j) is different), the name you use to request your activation code must be Exactly the same as it is on your handheld or it won't work.
Question: I lost my activation key, can I get a new one?
